The Jammu and Kashmir police on Wednesday afternoon arrested an Over Ground Worker of militants from Baramulla district in northern part of Kashmir.
Identified as Ishtiaq Wani, the OGW was at large and wanted for instigating youths to join Hizbul Mujahideen, reports said.
