SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir administration on Saturday recalled two IAS officers from Ladakh and deputed as many others to the UT.  Also, it posted a new deputy commissioner in Shopian, less than a month after Shrikant Balasaheb Suse (IAS) took charge of the south Kashmir district.

According to Government Order No.150–JK(GAD) of 2021, in the interest of administration, the following officers are hereby recalled from the Union territory of Ladakh to the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir.

Baseer-ul-Haq Chaudhary, IAS (JK:2015), Deputy Commissioner, Kargil.

Sachin Kumar Vaishy, IAS (JK:2015), Deputy Commissioner, Leh Consequent upon the above, the following transfers and postings are hereby ordered with immediate effect:

Baseer-ul-Haq Chaudhary, IAS (JK:2015) shall report to the General Administration Department for further posting.

Sachin Kumar Vaishy, IAS (JK:2015), is posted as Deputy Commissioner, Shopian.

Shrikant Balasaheb Suse, IAS (JK:2016), Deputy Commissioner, Shopian, is transferred and deputed to the Union territory of Ladakh.

Santosh Sukhadeve, IAS(JK:2017), Sub Divisional Magistrate, Mahore, holding additional charge of Sub-Registrar, Mahore, is transferred and deputed to the Union territory of Ladakh.

Faz Lul Haseeb, IAS (JK:2018), Sub Divisional Magistrate, Dharmari, shall hold the charge of the posts of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mahore and Sub-Registrar, Mahore, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
