JK Reports 298 New COVID-19 Cases, 4 Deaths In Last 24 Hours

SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir reported 298 new Covid-19 cases, slightly lower than Wednesday and four deaths including two from Jammu and two from Kashmir in the last 24 hours, according to data released by the administration on Thursday.

The total caseload rose to 315960. The active cases have now come down below five thousand. The JK has 4321 active cases presently and has witnessed 4327 deaths so far.

According to the data, a total of 573 people have been discharged in the last 24 hours including 110 from Jammu and 463 from Kashmir, taking the total discharge to 307312 till date.

The Health Ministry said that a total of 4543979 people have been vaccinated so far in Jammu and Kashmir.
