SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has framed 26 unfair means cases against students caught indulging in exam malpractices during an extensive surprise inspection drive across multiple examination centres.
The inspections were conducted by 20 vigilance squads, formed to ensure the integrity of the ongoing examinations, under the supervision of JKBOSE Secretary, G.H. Sheikh. More than 180 centres were inspected as part of the drive, with officials ensuring strict compliance with examination norms.
Superintendents of the affected centres have been cautioned to enforce stricter monitoring to prevent future violations. Meanwhile, JKBOSE has commended the invigilator staff for maintaining vigilance in adherence to strict examination protocols.
