A delegation of Jammu Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (JKDFP) today visited houses of various youths in Shopian district who were recently killed by the government forces. The delegation led by Engineer Farooq expressed solidarity with the bereaved families and assured them that sacrifices of their youth will be safeguarded at any cost.
The spokesman said delegation while talking to the present people at Shopian, Trenz, Safnagri, Pinjura, nagebal, Sugan, Worepora and other places emphasized upon people to pay attention towards the killed youth who lay down their precious lives.
The delegation said that though Kashmiri people are on the path of a political struggle but some youth have opted for other options only because of New Delhi’s undemocratic attitude and the continued silence of the international community.
The delegation expressed its dismay over the fact that New Delhi is busy in gross human rights violations in Kashmir but the world community is only concerned about its economic benefits. Unless and until the international community shuns its economic attitude and looks into the issues humanly, the disputes like Kashmir will continue to spill the blood of human beings. So it is the call of the time to address the Kashmir dispute politically so that it is resolved according to the wishes of the people.
