Prime Minister of Pakistan administered Kashmir Raja Farooq Haider on Thursday has called for a judicial probe into the killing of JKLF activist Naeem Butt which was demanded by JKLF chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik during a protest demonstration outside historical Jamia Masjid Srinagar.

Earlier, Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front chairman Mohammad Yasin Malik said that killing of the of JKLF activist Naeem Ahmad Butt of Rawalakot, Pakistan administered Kashmir marks the continuation of the struggle and sacrifices rendered by Kashmir’s for freedom and had called for a judicial probe.

“Instead of using foul language against freedom lovers, government of Pak should call for an impartial judicial probe into firing on peaceful protest at Madarpor near ceasefire line (LOC) and take action against the culprits who killed Naeem Butt with impunity,” spokesman quoted JKLF chairman Mohammad Yasin Malik saying while speaking to a condolence meeting held at JKLF headquarters in Srinagar.
