JKLF Ban: JRL calls shutdown on Sunday

Following a GoI ban onYasin Malik led JKLF, Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL) has called for a complete shutdown on March 24 (Sunday) against the ban on Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) organization under “unlawful activities”.

The organization has been banned under various provisions of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act. Its chief Malik was earlier arrested by the government forces under Public Safect Act and shifted to Jammu jail. Earlier the centre banned Jama’at-e-Islami outfit of Jammu and Kashmir under various acts.

Malik is also part of the Joint Resistance Leadership.
