SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has rescheduled the OMR-based written examinations for three posts in the Health and Medical Education Department, while postponing the examination for Dresser/Junior Pharmacist posts.
As per a notice issued by JKSSB Controller of Examinations Reyaz Ahmed Malik (JKAS) on Thursday, the examination for Female MPHW/Male Multipurpose Health Worker posts under Item Nos. 35–59, earlier scheduled for September 20, will now be held on October 11, 2026.
The Junior Theatre Technician examination for Item Nos. 109–116 has been shifted from September 24 to October 29, while the Health Educator examination under Item No. 137, scheduled for September 27, will now be conducted on November 1.
The examinations are being held against posts advertised under JKSSB Notification No. 07 of 2025.
Meanwhile, the OMR-based written examination for Dresser/Junior Pharmacist posts under Item Nos. 66–76, which was scheduled for October 11, has also been postponed. The Board said a fresh date for the examination would be notified separately.
JKSSB said admit cards for the rescheduled examinations would be made available on its official website seven days before the respective examination dates.
The Board has advised candidates to regularly check the JKSSB website for further information and updates.
