SRINAGAR: The Jamsetji Nusserwanjee Tata Endowment is offering a golden opportunity for scholars pursuing full-time Postgraduate, PhD, and Postdoctoral studies by providing essential financial support.
Established in 1892, the Endowment, under the patronage of the Tata Group, awards merit-based loan scholarships to students across India for their higher studies abroad. Each year, the Endowment selects 90 to 100 scholars from diverse disciplines, spanning applied and pure sciences, social sciences, management, law, commerce, and the fine arts.
Applicants must be Indian citizens, not exceeding 45 years of age as of June 30, 2024. They should be graduates of a recognized Indian university with an impressive academic record, securing a minimum of 60 per cent marks on average in their undergraduate or postgraduate studies.
