SRINAGAR: Swachh Bharat Mission-Grameen (SBM-G), representing the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, is calling for applications for contractual district- or block-level resource positions.
The application deadline is November 15, 2023.
There are a total of 325 available vacancie; two in each district and one in each notified rural block in Jammu and Kashmir.
To be eligible, candidates must hold a graduate degree in engineering, environmental science, IT, or rural development, or a graduate degree in any field with a two-year PG degree in rural development, sociology, economics, EVS, biotechnology, agriculture, computer science, IT, or computer applications.
Candidates should possess computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software, along with a good command of English.
Furthermore, candidates should have at least 3 years of full-time work experience in implementation, planning, monitoring, and fieldwork in rural development projects, particularly those related to rural agriculture, infrastructure development, or sanitation, with field experience as a block or district program resource under any rural development scheme.
The candidate’s age must not exceed 45 years, and the contract duration is one year.
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly payment of INR 35,000.
