SRINAGAR: Under the ICSSR collaborative project for short-term empirical research, the Central University of Kashmir invites applications for positions available for collaborative study on the impact of startups, India initiative in select areas of J&K, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttrakhand, Rajasthan, Punjab, and Haryana.
Available positions include research associate, research assistant, and field investigator.
For the post of research associate, applicants must hold a qualifying degree in MTM/MTTM/MBA (TTM)/MBA with 55 percent marks and NET/PHD. Proficiency in writing, experience in primary data collection, data processing, sampling designs, questionnaire design, data analysis using SPSS or AMOS, and willingness to travel for data collection are essential. The initial duration for the position is 4 months, extendable based on performance, with selected candidates receiving a consolidation amount of INR 40,000 per month.
For the post of research assistant, applicants must have a qualifying degree in MTM/MTTM/MBA(TTM)/MBA with 55 percent marks. Proficiency in writing, experience in primary data collection, data processing, sampling designs, questionnaire design, data analysis using SPSS or AMOS, and willingness to travel for data collection are required. The initial duration for the position is 4 months, extendable based on performance, with selected candidates receiving a consolidation amount of INR 32,000 per month.
For the post of field investigator, applicants must have a qualifying degree in MTM/MTTM/MBA (TTM)/MBA with 55 percent marks and experience in data collection through questionnaires and interviews. The position is for a duration of 3 months only, with selected candidates receiving a consolidation amount of INR 30,000 per month.
