SRINAGAR: Fil Group is hiring a market development officer and a regional development lead for its crop protection division.
For the post of Market Development Officer, the candidate must have a qualified BSc or MSc in agriculture with a minimum of one to three years of experience. The candidate with an additional degree of MBA will be preferred.
The job location for this post is Shopian, Pulwama, Budgam, Kulgam, and Zaingeer.
The candidate will be required to work on market development activities, including campaign ideation considering the product’s unique selling proposition (USP) and the market.
They will also be responsible for identifying progressive farmers, maintaining regular contact with them, handling evaluation trials, mapping village-level crop acreages and potential, and identifying potential markets.
For the post of Regional Development Lead, the candidate must have a PhD in agriculture with a minimum of two years of experience. The job location for this post is in Anantnag.
The candidate will be required to lead all market development activities for the region, the effective execution of all plan demand generation activities, and farmer meetings.
