SRINAGAR: iQuasar located in Rangreth is hiring qualified applicants for the role of civil engineer. Among the positions are those of Network Security Engineer, Civil Engineer, Designer (Land Development), and Civil Engineer/Designer (Water Resources).
For the position of Civil Engineer (Land Development): The candidates must have a preferred qualification of a BS in civil engineering, experience of working on land development and design projects in the USA, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential and commercial land development design.
This includes expertise in site planning, grading, stormwater management, roadways, paving, water and sewer systems, and sediment control.
The candidate must be highly proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, good communication skills.
Responsibilities for the position include planning and designing engineering construction, improving plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
For the position of Civil Engineer (Water Management): The candidates must have a B.S. in civil engineering, experience of working on water resource projects in the USA (preferred), and a minimum of 5 years of experience in water resource projects, stormwater engineering/management, hydrology, and Hydraulic (H&H) modeling.
The candidates should have high proficiency in hydrocad, SWMM, and other H&H tools, along with good communication skills.
Responsibilities for the position include planning, designing, and managing water-related infrastructure projects to ensure sustainable and efficient use of water resources.
For the position of Network Security Engineer: The candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other. Post Graduate with two years of core network security engineering experience.
The skills for the position include a strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including a strong knowledge of the ISO model, problem-solving, communication skills, familiarity with industry compliance standards and regulations, experience with security tools and technologies, knowledge of emerging cyber threats, trends, and Endpoint Security, Experience with access point management, Network troubleshooting, Routing, and Subnetting.
Preference will be given to candidates with certification in networking like CCNP, CISSP, CISM.
Responsibilities would involve offering second-level support, dealing with network incidents, and addressing requests, setting up and maintaining network devices like routers, switches, and firewalls, with a specific focus on configuring firewalls. Managing VPNs, including IPSec tunneling, and overseeing VLANs.
