SRINAGAR: Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), Puducherry is recruiting for the post of Nursing Officer. The last date to apply is December 1, 2022.
Qualifying exam will be conducted online on December 18, 2022.
Total number of posts is 433 among which 175 are for unreserved category, 43 for EWS, 116 for OBC, 66 for SC and 33 for ST. 80 per cent of posts are reserved for female candidates. 23 posts are reserved for PwBD.
Applicants should be of the age more than 18-years and less than 35-years having BSc Honors in Nursing or BSc (Post-certificate) / Post Basic BSc Nursing or Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery with Two Years’ experience in minimum 50-bedded hospital after acquiring the educational qualification mentioned above. Candidates should have attained qualification from any Indian Nursing Council / State Nursing Council recognized Institute or University.
The age relaxation of 5 years to SC/ST, 3 years to OBC, 10 years for PWBD (UR/EWS), 13 years for PWBD + OBC, 15 years for PWBD + SC/ST and for Central Government Civilian employees who have rendered not less than 3 years regular and continuous service as on last date of registration of application there will be age relaxation of 5 years for UR/EWS category, 8 (5+3) years in age for OBC category and 10 (5+5) years in age for SC/ST category.
Application fee for candidates belonging to unreserved category, OBC and EWS is Rs 1,500, SC and ST is Rs 1,200. PwD are exempted from paying the application fees. The pay scale of selected candidates will be Rs 44,900/- in Level 7 of Pay Matrix of 7th CPC.
