SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir, Forensic Science Laboratory is inviting applications for the engagement as Assistant Scientific Officer (narcotics) and assistant scientific officer C&T on a contract basis.
The candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Chemistry/ Biochemistry, Pharmacology/ Forensic Science with minimum 50 percent marks from any university recognized by the UGC.
The applicants must be a domicile of J&K and should have qualified for the Forensic Aptitude Calibre Test (FACT).
The age of the applicant should not be less than 18 years and more than 40 years as on 01.01.2022.
The period of contract will be only for one years or till the vacancies are filled up by regular appointment, whichever is earlier; Remuneration will be paid of Rs.35000/- (Rupees Thirty Five Thousand) only per month which will be inclusive of all allowances .
The performance will be evaluated periodically and in case of unsatisfactory performance/ under performance, the contract shall be terminated without any prior notice; the engaged candidates shall have no right to claim extension or regular appointment on the basis of contractual services rendered by him / her.
