SRINAGAR: Power supply will remain affected across several parts of Jammu region on December 19 due to scheduled works, the Chief Engineer (Distribution), Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited (JPDCL), has said.
According to the advisory, electricity to Battal, Dheema and adjoining areas will remain disrupted from 10 am to 4.30 pm. Supply to Jourian, Troti, Muthi, Mara, Bakora, Rakh Muthi, PHE, BSF, Border Migrant, Sohal, MES and nearby areas will be affected from 9 am to 3 pm.
Besides, power supply to MES Batote, Dharmound, Siraj, Sanasar and adjoining areas will remain suspended from 9 am to 4 pm. Areas including Biaspur, Kotli, Kalyana, Sai Kalan, Khana Chak, Kang, Abdullian, Rahiyan and Purana Pind will face an outage from 12 noon to 3 pm.
In addition, power supply to receiving stations at Chenani, Kud, Sudh Mahadev and Dhuna, along with adjoining areas, will remain affected from 10 am to 4.30 pm.
