SRINAGAR: The Jammu Power Development Corporation Limited (JPDCL) has announced scheduled power interruptions across several areas in the Jammu region over the coming days.
The Chief Engineer (Distribution), JPDCL, Jammu, stated that electricity supply to Bathindi, Vidhata Nagar, Kargil Colony, Sunjwan, and surrounding localities will be suspended on February 3 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Similarly, power to Biaspur, Kotli, Kalyana, Sai Kalan, Khana Chak, Abdullian, Nikowal, Salehar, and adjacent areas will be affected on February 4 from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm.
In Kathua, the Superintending Engineer (Distribution), OM Circle, JPDCL, reported that Samba-IV, PHE Industrial area, and nearby localities will experience power cuts on February 1 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Meanwhile, the Superintending Engineer, OM Circle-III, JPDCL Batote, said that electricity supply to Shiv Nagar and adjoining areas will remain affected on February 2, 4, and 6 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Residents have been advised to make necessary arrangements and expect intermittent power outages during the scheduled hours.
