A picture of the son of new Tehreek-e-Hurriyat chairman Mohammad Ashraf Sehrai, with a rifle, has gone viral on social networking sites.
According to the police, Junaid Ashraf Khan, 26, has gone missing Friday afternoon from his home. The police said that the family has lodged a missing report with it.
The written message on the picture suggests that the Junaid has joined Hizb- ul-Mujahideen militant outfit.
Sources close to Sehrai family said, Junaid Ashraf Khan, left for Friday prayers near his house in Baghat locality and has not returned since. The family waited for his return but when he did not reach home, they approached the police.
Sehrai took over the leadership of the Tehreek-e-Hurriyat, last week from Syed Ali Geelani. The two have been close associates for more than last six decades.
