The younger brother of veteran journalist and communist leader Krishan Dev Sethi passed away on Friday at Digjan in Assam.
According to family sources Retired Col. Manohar Lal Sethi, had gone to meet his son at Digjan. The retired Col was 78. His creation would take place at Digjan (Assam) tomorrow at 10a m.
Meanwhile, respect will be given to the departed soul on Monday 23rd July 4 pm in a condolence meet at Sainik Colony, Jammu.
