SS Kapur on Thursday took an oath as the chairperson of the State Water Resources Regulatory Authority (SWRRA). He was administered oath of office and secrecy by Chief Secretary Madhav Lal in Secretariat.
V K Abrol and A R Tak were also administered the oath of office and secrecy as Members of the SWRRA.
