Srinagar

The Karvan-e-Aman bus, operating between Srinagar and Muzaffarabad, capital of Pakistan-administered-Kashmir (PoK) resumed on Monday after remaining suspended last week, official sources said.

The weekly bus left Srinagar this morning for Kaman post, the last Indian military post on this side of the Line of Control (LoC) in Uri sector to cross over to PaK, sources told UNI.

They said the bus has since reached Trade Facilitation Centre (TFC), Uri and will proceed towards the Kaman post. However, the number of passengers travelling to PaK in the peace bus would be known in the afternoon, they said.
