Five people died after they came under a tree that fell by storm and heavy rain in Reasi district while two people were washed away in Budgam district, local news agency GNS said.
The incident was reported from Momankot area of Reasi. Meanwhile, two persons drowned in Abora area of Budgam district. Identified as Abdul Rashid Gojri and Ghulam Ahmad Bhat, they drowned after they slipped off from a bridge and fell into a river.
