SRINAGAR
Governor NN Vohra Tuesday convened meetings to review the to-date status of relief distribution to the flood affected people in the State, an official statement said.
“The Governor also asked the Principal Secretary Planning and Development Department to urgently advise him about the action taken to utilize the Rs. 1000 crore special assistance received from the Centre for carrying out repair and reconstruction work of the State infrastructure which has been damaged or destroyed by the floods in the September last,” the statement said.
