Terming the current situation of the disputed region as volcanic, Jammu Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (JKDFP) on Monday said that heavy presence of government forces in populated areas has turned the condition dangerous and hazardous.

The JKDFP Spokesperson urged both India and Pakistan to make history by addressing the Kashmir issue in its right perspective. He said that otherwise, history won’t forgive them for any negligence in this regard.

The people of Jammu Kashmir desperately want that sincere steps are taken towards the resolution process and for this, all have to contribute. Utilizing funds for the race of arms needs to be stopped. New Delhi and Islamabad must concentrate on the well-being of the people living in the south Asian region and join hands to resolve the long pending Kashmir dispute.

The JKDFP spokesperson praised the people of Kashmir for their commitment and steadfastness and assured them that their sacrifices and efforts will bear fruits.

People of Jammu Kashmir want to know that despite 18 resolutions accepted and passed in the UNO why are not these implemented in letter and spirit, as was done in Croatia and South Sudan, JKDFP Spokesperson added.
