President Mamnoon Hussain on Wednesday termed Kashmir as Pakistan’s “jugular vein”.
He said Pakistan wanted a peaceful solution of the dispute.
Pakistan is celebrating Pakistan National Day today and president Mamnoon was speaking at an official function Islamabad, the capital city.
“We want to assure our Kashmiri brothers that we will continue to extend political, moral and diplomatic support to them,” said Hussain.
