Nabi returned figures of 4/36 as Surrey’s bowling attack kept Glamorgan under sustained pressure. Worrall took 2/40, Fisher 2/18 and Lawes 2/33 to complete a disciplined bowling effort.

The performance comes after Nabi made an encouraging start to his 2026 County Championship stint with Surrey against Yorkshire, taking wickets in both innings.

In the first innings against Yorkshire, the 29-year-old claimed his maiden county wicket by dismissing India international Kuldeep Yadav.

Nabi struck again in the second innings, taking another wicket while conceding only 17 runs from five overs. He finished the match with figures of 2/50 from 20 overs as Surrey secured a thrilling one-wicket victory over Yorkshire.

The J&K pacer has also earned his maiden call-up to the India squad for the Test series in Sri Lanka. He did not feature in either Test, however, as India won the two-match series 1-0.
