Normal life in Kashmir remained affected today on Monday after two days of normalcy over the weekend.
Barring Srinagar, major towns across the valley witnessed very thin movement of traffic.
Though the uptown areas of the Srinagar city witnessed a considerable movement of traffic, other parts of the city witnessed minimum movement compared to past few days.
Reports said that the shops, fuel stations and other business establishments were shut.
Schools and educational institutes also remain closed while a few shops are open in some areas in Civil Lines.
Normal life has remained affected in the Valley for over four months after the killing of popular militant commander Burhan Wani on July 8 in Bemdoora area of Islamabad district.
Since then, the separatists have been issuing weekly protest calendars.
