A complete shutdown is being observed in Kashmir on the second consecutive day, today, against the killing of militants and civilians in Shopian and Islamabad districts of South Kashmir.

All the shops, business establishments, government and private offices were closed and traffic is off the roads.

Meanwhile, the government has imposed restrictors in parts of Srinagar and in parts of South Kashmir also.

13 militants and four civilians were killed on April 1, during an encounter with government forces in Islamabad and Shopian districts of South Kashmir.
