A 19 year old engineering student from Sheeri Baramulla died on Wednesday evening in Chandigarh after being hit by a car before two days.
Identified as Zubair Ahmad Rather, s/o Ghulam Hassan Rather, he was civil engineering student of Indo-Global College Chandigarh.
Zubair under went multiple surgeries in a Chandigarh hospital for two days but could not be saved.
His body was airlifted today to Kashmir and has been buried in his native village amid poignant mood in the area.
