Two youths were injured when forces opened fire on protestors in North Kashmir on Friday, July 15, 2016.
Reports reaching here said that the youth, who are siblings, and identified as Hilal Lone and Sajad Lone of Khitengan Pattan in north Kashmir sustained injuries when forces fired upon them.
They were rushed to a hospital where they are said to be stable.
Kashmir is under strict curfew today following 40 civilian killings since last Saturday. Separatists had called for peaceful protests after congregational Friday prayers today
However, government clamped down with severe restrictions today “to maintain law and order”.
