Almost entire Kashmir would be under curfew on Friday, orders in this regard have been formally issued.

J&K Government released three statements in this regard on Thursday evening.

The first statement by the government spokesperson @ 5:45 pm said that curfew will be imposed in Pulwama district on Friday.

The government in its routine fourth bulletin issued at 08:09 pm said that curfew will be imposed in Srinagar, Islamabad, Baramulla and Ganderbal.

In its fifth bulletin issued at 8:33 pm, the government said that curfew will be imposed in Kulgam, Budgam and Shopian districts.

No public or vehicular movement, except medical emergencies would be allowed in these districts.

Kashmir is witnessing a renewed blood spell since last Saturday, a day after militant commander Burhan Wani was killed by forces in South Kashmir’s Kokernag area.
