The Kashmir Chamber of Commerce & Industry (Inc) Mushtaq Ahmad Wani in a statement appreciated the Divisional Administration and District administration for being conscious and quick through the latest spell of snow fall in clearing the snow from the roads and links connecting suburbs with the capital city to avoid inconvenience and impediment in the movement of Public /private transport and people in general.
The power supply despite inclement weather is also generally reported to be somewhat satisfactory after the fresh snow fall.
Wani further added that the KCC&I would expect the Divisional District Administration continue to maintain its vigil in coming days to meet any exigency caused due to inclemency of weather and avert inconvenience in the normal public life.
