Greeting people on auspicious occasion of Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi (SAW), Minister for Animal, Sheep Husbandry and Fisheries, Abdul Ghani Kohli Monday said Islam is a religion of peace, which teaches the values of amity, brotherhood, simplicity, compassion and morality.
Addressing a Milad Conference at Jamia Masjid Kalakote, Kohli prayed for peace, well-being and prosperity of the people of the state.
He stressed the need to rededicate ourselves to the service of humanity and share our happiness with the poor and needy.
