SRINAGAR: The Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited (KPDCL) has announced a scheduled power shutdown in parts of Budgam district of Jammu and Kashmir to facilitate conductor stringing work under the Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS).
According to the Chief Engineer, Distribution, the shutdown of the 33KV Khanda Tap line will be observed, affecting the 33/11KV Receiving Station at Khanda. As a result, power supply to the areas of Chattergam, Magraypora, Suthsoo, and Gowherpora will remain affected from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on April 8, 10, and 14, 2025.
Consumers in the affected areas are advised to take necessary precautions during the outage hours.
