SRINAGAR
Dean Faculty of Arts and Head of the Department of Urdu, Kashmir University, Prof Majid Muzmar passed away in SKIMS on Thursday, after a brief illness.
According to KU officials, Muzmar, 59 was admitted in SKIMS a day before where he breathed his lost.
Well known Urdu litterateur, Muzmar hailing from district Islamabad in south Kashmir, is survived by wife, son and a daughter.
All the Heads of Departments of KU have condoled the death of Muzmar.
