Former CM J&K and National Conference Working President Omar Abdullah has expressed profound grief and sorrow at the death of 21-year-old Asif Ahmad Tantray from Redwani Bala who was hit by a bullet at the site of an encounter in Kulgam.
Expressing his heartfelt condolence with the bereaved family, the NC Working President prayed for peace to the departed soul and said such incidents of loss of innocent young lives were tragic and extremely unfortunate, a party statement said Monday evening.
