A complete shutdown is being observed in Kulgam district in southern part of Kashmir on the second consecutive day Tuesday against the militant killings.
On Monday, two militants- Dawood Ahmad Alaie of Hawoora and Sayar Ahmad Wani of Wanpora- were killed during a gunfight in Khudwani area of the district.
All shops, business establishments, and educational institutions are closed while as public transport is off the roads, local sources said.
