Family of a 20-year-old teenager who went missing from his home in Kupwara district in northern part of Kashmir on Monday has appealed for help to seek his whereabouts.
Javed Iqbal Kumar, son of Abdul Rashid Kumar of Muqam-i-Shahwai village of Drugmulla tehsil in Kupwara district went missing from his home on Thursday morning, reports said.
They said that Kumar is mentally and physically challenged.
