SRINAGAR: The Union Territory Administration of Ladakh has issued two separate orders assigning additional charges to Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) officers, with immediate effect in the interest of administration.
In an order issued by the General Administration Department (GAD), Zakir Hussain, JKAS, Joint Director, School Education Department, has been directed to also hold the additional charge of Secretary, Ladakh Subordinate Service Staff Selection Board, in addition to his existing duties until further orders.
In a separate order, Shafiq Ahmad Mir, JKAS, General Manager, District Industries Centre (DIC), Kargil, has been assigned the additional charge of Joint Director, Industries and Commerce Department, with immediate effect and until further orders.
