Militant Outfit Lashkar e Toiba has expressed concern over the ‘ non availability’ of medical care to Jailed Dr Mohammad Qasim Faktoo.
In a telephonic statement to KNS, Lashkar spokesman Dr Abdullah Gaznavi while quoting Operational Chief Mahammod Shah said that Qasim was being deprived of medical care in jail.
“Everywhere in the world, prisoners enjoy the rights but India has neither given any concession nor any rights for Muslim prisoners,” Gaznavi quoted Shah as having said.
