SRINAGAR: Four youth in their teens have gone missing in the last fortnight, reports appearing in the media said. These include the son of a cop who had been declared successful in his matriculation.

Families of the missing youth are in mourning literally as they are making desperate bids to get their wards back. They are using social media to upload emotional videos of their parents to beg the kids to return home.

Reports identified the four young boys as Mohammad Yasin, 18, a resident of Chakloo village, Muzamil Shiekh from Rafiabad and Yasir Mushtaq, 15, from Budgam have also been reported missing. The fourth teenager is Kaiser Dar of Tujan village. Son of a policeman, he has recently scored 88 per cent in his tenth standard results.

Police had, however, traced Manzoor Ahmad from Hajin within 48 hours after his family reported the case to the Jammu and Kashmir Police. All the families have reported the case of their missing wards to the police.
