Jammu and Kashmir State Legislative Assembly Sunday admitted the three resolutions moved by senior CPI (M) leader and Kulgam lawmajer, Mohammad Yousuf Tarigami.

The letter under no LA/344, dated, 15, 01, 2017 sent by Additional Secretary, Naseem Jan to Tarigami, reads, “In term of Rule 179 of the Rules of procedure and conduct of Business in the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly. I am directed to inform you that the speaker has admitted your three resolutions.”

Tarigami’s first resolution that has been admitted by LA is Constituting of Commission of Inquiry headed by retired Supreme Court (SC) judge to probe the recent civilian killings in the Valley.

The second resolution is initiating a process of structured dialogue with all stakeholders to find out solution to the Kashmir issue while the third resolution admitted by LA is use of pellet guns by government forces to meet any law and order situation be banned.
