Speaker, J&K Legislative Assembly, Kavinder Gupta, in exercise of his powers under 3rd proviso to Rule 16 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of the Business in the J&K Legislative Assembly has called the 5th Session of the 12th Legislative Assembly on Tuesday, the 4th of July, 2017 at 10 am at Srinagar.
As per the Provisional Calendar issued by the Assembly Secretariat, there will be four sittings on 4th, 5th, 7th and 8th July while as 6th July will be off day.
Similarly, the Chairman, J&K Legislative Council, Anayat Ali in terms of Proviso to Rule 16 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Council has called the 116th Session of the J&K Legislative Council at Srinagar on 4th July, 2017 at 11 am.
As per the Provisional Calendar issued by the Council Secretariat, there will be three sittings on 4th, 5th and 8th July while as 6th July and 7th July will be off days.
