A forest employee was injured in a Leopard attack in Bhalla area of District Doda.
Identified as Jaswant Singh son of Mool Raj resident of Kuthyara tehsil Bhalla, he was posted at forest check post Pranoo and on Thursday while he was going to the spot of his duty through a forest, suddenly a leopard attacked him.
Locals said that Jaswant cried incessantly raising alarm among them and a group of villagers rescued him from the clutches of the leopard and admitted him to DH Doda.
After first aid doctors referred him to GMC Jammu, where his condition is stated to be critical.
