Kupwara
A Leopard roaming in Dobi Mohalla Gulgam, Kupwara attacked and injured four persons, said police on Tuesday.
The four injured people have been identified as Salam Din Reshi son of Jamal Din, Bilal Ahmad Mir son of Abdul Ahad, Abdul Rashid Gogree son of Jamal Din and Farhat Ahmad Teli son of Hassan Teeli residents of Gulgam Kupwara. .
All the injured were shifted to District Hospital Kupwara for treatment.
However, the police in its statement informed that the local residents came out and killed the Leopard. The body of the leopard was handed over to the wild life department.
