SRINAGAR: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Sunday visited the Baltal Base Camp to assess the ongoing arrangements for the annual Amarnath Yatra. During the visit, he interacted with pilgrims to gather their feedback on essential services and expressed satisfaction over the smooth conduct of the pilgrimage, which has now crossed the 3 lakh mark.
