SRINAGAR: On the occasion of National Tourism Day, Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha invited people from across the globe to visit the Union Territory and experience its natural beauty and cultural heritage.
In a post on X, the Office of the Lieutenant Governor said Jammu and Kashmir offers a mix of scenic landscapes and rich traditions. The LG highlighted the region’s serene surroundings and long-standing cultural legacy, noting that the Union Territory provides visitors with a refreshing and meaningful travel experience.
He also emphasised Jammu and Kashmir’s increasing profile as an international tourism destination and encouraged travellers to explore its heritage, hospitality and varied attractions across the Valley and the Jammu region.
