SRINAGAR: LIC is announcing scholarships to students across India. The last day of online application is January 15, 2024.
Students who have qualified Class 12th/diploma with a minimum 60 percent or equivalent grade in the academic year 2023-24 are eligible to apply for the scholarship.
The scholarship is aimed to help students who are pursuing higher education in the field of Medicine, engineering, or post-graduation in any discipline. A total of 20 general scholarships per divisional centre of LIC (10 each for boys & girls) will be distributed.
Students who are pursuing ITI courses through govt recognised colleges/institutions are also eligible for the scholarship. Ten scholarships for a girl child for pursuing nursing/medical courses will also be distributed.
