SRINAGAR: A lineman was electrocuted to death in the Kunzer area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Monday.
An official told News Agency Kashmir Scroll that a lineman of the JKPDCL department was electrocuted near the power grid in Kunzer, Baramulla.
He said that the lineman, identified as Bashir Ahmad Khan (55) and a resident of Buran Pattan, was shifted to the hospital; however, he succumbed to his injuries.
Meanwhile, the police have taken cognizance and started an investigation.
