The Cabinet which met in Jammu on Thursday under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister, Mufti Mohammad Sayeed approved the promotion of Pramod Jain to the fixed scale of IAS (Rs 80,000) from the date he returns to the cadre and promotion of BB Vyas to the fixed scale of IAS (Rs 80,000) from 1st January 2016.
The Cabinet also accorded sanction to the temporary up-gradation of 17 posts of Dy SPs as Superintendents of Police.
The list of seventeen deputy superintendents if JK Police promoted as Superintendents of Police is as:
Dawood Ayoub, Perbet Singh, Mushtaq Ahmad, Niresh Singh, Aftab Ahmad, Raj Kumar, Sheikh Faisal, Khalid Amin, Sanjay Kumar, Mubashir Hussain, Ifroz Ahmad Mir, Mohsin Ahmad, Mohammad Anwar, Shaheen Wahid, Suman Dachan, Masroor Mir and Muqesh Singh.
